Gaumer Process heater control panels are specifically selected and designed to fulfill the control requirements of most process heating applications. Gaumer Process offers Nema 12, Nema 4, and Nema 7 standard panel enclosure to fit a wide variety of elecric heat control needs.
Nema 12 control panels are gasket enclosed and suitable for most indoor industrial applications. Enclosures are finished with factory applied and baked acrylic resin.
Nema 4 control panels are gasketed enclosure with stainless steel hardware suitable for most outdoor non-hazardous industrial applications. Enclosure is finished with factory applied and baked acrylic resin.
Nema 7 control panels offer a machined aluminum cast enclosure and are rated for hazardous locations. Location classifications include Class 1, Group D, Div. 1 and 2. Contact us for more location information.

SCP and SCRP control panels use zero cross (burst firing) solid state relays (SSR's) in conjuction with external heat sinks to remove heat from the panel enclosure. These SSR's are manufactured with direct copper bonding technology and a built in varistor for surge protection. The zero switching relay switches ON when the sinusoidal curve crosses the zero and switches OFF when the current crossed zero. Zero cross SSR's create very low harmonics and RFI and are much more reliable.
Gaumer Solid State Relays include IP protected connections of cables with ring terminals. Testing can be made through the protective covers.
Solid State Relays are used with external heat sinks to remove heat from inside of the enclosure.
