Gaumer offers over 40,000 standard catalog items, some with as many as 50 different
options and/or special features. Providing fast delivery and flexibility in modifying
standard products has produced much of Gaumer's success.
For heaters, Gaumer stocks a complete selection of watt densities in voltages from
to 600 VAC. Each element is available in several sheath materials with Incoloy 800
being most frequently used. We work with flange ratings to 2500# ANSI regularly and
stock most sizes from 2 inch to 24 inch in both carbon steel and stainless steel.
Heater housings are available in many special configurations as well as NEMA 12, 4,
and 7. Circulation heaters can be designed for ASME Section VIII "U" stamp for both
the flange heater and the circulation body. Circulation body chamber connections can
be specified in literally hundreds of different configurations.
For controls, Gaumer stocks all the components to fabricate the simplest on-off
control package as well as the larger multi-circuited SCR system. All units are tested
prior to shipment and furnished with Installation, Start-up, and Operation Instruction
Manuals.
For systems, Gaumer combines its knowledge of the basics described above and combines
it with experience it has gained building these systems for the last 22 years. Some of
Gaumer's standard systems have gone through as many as three re-designs over the years
as new techniques have been learned and new materials have become available.
