Applications
Designed for rugged duty where process temperatures as high as 1200F are required. Although originally designed for extruding machines and injection molding machines, the GTB/GTR band heater has been readily adapted to heat autoclaves, kettles, oven chambers, and vertical vessels.

Standard Features
Heating Elements - Incoloy 800 sheath material, Heavy wall (0.35 in.), Large diameter (.475 in.), Sealed terminals
Construction - All factory welded, Flat pressed element for good contact, Heating element terminals away from heat, 2 inch wide heavy stainless steel clamp band, Long-large diameter alloy clamping bolt, Factory installed high temp leadwires.
