With four manufacturing departments in our facilities, we deliver a thorough
and timely solution to our customers' needs.
1) Gaumer's heater department processes allow us to manufacture a full line of
heaters to exacting tolerances. In-shop 100% testing enables us to validate the
integrity of manufacturing procedures and the quality of components in real-time.
Gaumer's thorough testing ensures proper operation, reduces field start-up issues,
and ensures long life in the customer's application.
2) The fabrication department has a vast array of specialized welding equipment,
material handling equipment, and test fixtures for the manufacturing of heater bodies,
vessels, tanks, ovens and skids in order to provide a total system for our customers.
3) The controls department manufactures control panels (NEMA 12, 4, 4X, and 7) for
our heaters and heating systems. Our skilled personnel conduct extensive testing on
each control panel so that customers know that the panel will function in the field
as designed.
4) Gaumer's machine and metalworking departments manufacture each component used
in our equipment to demanding standards. Gaumer uses automated CNC machining and Plasma cutters to ensure precision. Component quality is especially critical
when customers require total systems manufactured to their specifications.
